#shecooks this week I mde Low Carb Etouffee over Ground Turkey Spinach Dirty Rice with Kravee Meal Prep To eat healthier, let's think outside the box and switch out some of the unhealthy items for healthier items! This dish was full of flavor and a better option. Ingredients: Spinach Ground Turkey Dirty rice: Jasmine rice Fresh Garlic Onion Ground Turkey Thyme Salt Pepper Cajun Seasoning Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sautee garlic and onions in Olive oil, add the ground turkey & chop up the spinach in pieces. Once the turkey is 90% done add your spinach. Cook that for another 2 minutes and then mix in your already prepared Jasmine rice. Etouffee: Crawfish Tails Argentine shrimp Old Bay Extra Virgin Olive Oil Garlic Ground Bay leave Ground Shrimp Onion Powder Cajun Seasoning Fresh Parsley Dairy free heavy cream Sautee Shrimp and Crawfish in Olive Oil Add Seasonings and Fresh Parsley to the Shrimp n Crawfish. Once cooked throughout add dairy heavy cream & ground shrimp to the pan. Mix throughly and let simmer for 1-2 minutes on low Tilapia: Cook Tilapia in Air Fryer for 12 minutes with whatever Blackened Seasoning you like. I tried these new low carb hot dog buns @heb by @oroweatbread only about 5 net grams of carbs per bun. So they were PERFECT! Week 5 at the Urban Enrichment Institute! Kravee Meal Prep had one of our FAVORITE Chef's come in today for Taco Tuesday, he also came last year to work with the boys! Today we made Jerk Chicken Tacos with Pineapple Mango Salsa & and a Pigeon Pea Salad with Jasmine rice. They did an excellent job, the food was DELICIOUS, I was impressed they paid attention to the knife skills they learned in the first class!
