Kravee Meal Prep allows you to enjoy delicious meals no matter how hectic your lifestyle is.
Do you have specific dietary needs? We offer a variety of meal options, which can be mixed and matched to fit the needs of every member of your household. Each option is expertly designed to provide the nutrients you need. Our keto meals will help you reach your goal of 25 net grams or fewer of carbs per day while providing you with four to five ounces of proteins and complex carbs. If you’re looking to lose or manage your weight, our traditional meals will help you accomplish your goals. Plus, you can mix and match your meals as you see fit! Once the weekly menu has been released, choose your meals and place your order.
Once you have your meals ordered, decide on pickup or delivery. We have several pickup locations strategically placed throughout Houston and its surrounding cities. Both pickup and delivery take place on Sundays and Wednesdays and the system will send you a convenient text to let you know when you can either pick up your order or when it will be delivered. We offer a convenient 25-mile range for delivery and it’s a $20 fee for delivery on Sunday and $25 fee for delivery on both Sunday and Wednesday.

The Chef
I am Tia, the owner of Houston’s Kravee Meal Prep. When I first started Kravee in 2018, it was only a service for those looking to have delicious keto meals. The idea came to me when I was in line at the grocery store and started chatting with a woman about her keto journey. As I was listening, what most sparked my interest was that her diabetes was almost undetectable and her high blood pressure was now under control. I immediately thought of my father, who suffered from diabetes and had recently passed from stomach cancer. I wondered, would this diet have made a difference for him? When I mentioned the conversation and my new knowledge of keto to my mom, she had no idea I already had so many wheels moving in my head.
After a few weeks of planning, my passion became reality… The Kravee Meal Prep was born! I’m thrilled you’ve decided to join me on this journey to a happier, healthier life.
